Kathryn Watkinson PREC*

Kathy Watkinson was raised in Vancouver giving her thorough knowledge of the area and market place. She received her Bachelors degree in Urban and Economic Geography from UBC and has been licensed as a Realtor since 1995. She started at Royal Lepage, where she joined forces with Mark Hammer, and the next year they made the move to RE/MAX Crest Realty. Over the years Kathy has gained valuable experience and expertise doing corporate relocations for several large companies in the Lower Mainland, buying and selling real estate, she has been an investor owner since 2003. Kathy received her rental property management license in 2006. She has also worked extensively with builders and developers on the East and Westside, built a house and completed a full character home renovation.


Kathy is proud to have been part of the Hammer & Watkinson real estate team for the past two decades, which was ranked number 1 in the RE/MAX Crest Realty Westside office for both sales and dollar volume from 2016-2018. Kathy is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of fame and a Diamond Medallion Club member with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (top 10% of agents based on sales volume).


Kathy has lived in Mount Pleasant East for the past 22 years. She gives a portion of each real estate transaction to the Children’s Miracle Network and supports the Red Cross and Nature Conservancy.
