Watkinson Real Estate is a brother sister team born and raised in Vancouver. Kathy became a licensed Realtor in 1995, and as Phil watched her work and became involved in the process, was drawn to Real Estate himself and received his license in 2003. They have been working together since, both bringing valuable experience and expertise in all areas of the marketplace to the team.
Kathy and Phil are proud to have been part of the Hammer & Watkinson Real Estate Team for the past two decades, spending multiple years as the #1 team at the RE/MAX Crest Realty Westside office for both sales and dollar volume. They are both members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, as well as Master Medallion Club Members with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (top 10% of agents based on sales volume).
